This was a good book to read. I have taken a yoga lesson with an instructor but U supplemented my learning of yoga with books like this one. I like the tips on how to do certain challenging poses and also how the chapters are available in audio. This is a good book to read for anyone interested in learning yoga.
Nicely explained in details about Yoga. Explanation provided for major yoga posses, but no sequence is provided , it would be better if basic sequence for 30, 45 and 60 minutes , provided in the book
