Held captive by Terror and his group, Glen can only hope that Christian and the others have survived.
As the unruly degenerates continue to terrorize everyone in town with sadistic threats and an evil the likes of which they’ve never seen before. Unbeknownst to them, a trio of would-be saviors is en route to rescue Glen, knowing full-well that they could be walking into a deadly trap.
Will their daring attempt to free Glen from captivity succeed or will it lead to their deaths?
I like the story but the author tends to put in information that has nothing to do with the story and stuff that you don’t really care about. For example telling you about something that happened in the past and has no relevance to the book or even at that moment in the story. If it Helped to develop the character better and made them more interesting it might matter but in most of the cases it tells you nothing about the character at all, it’s just filling in space to make the book a few pages longer for each instance.
I mean, good story line and action packed, but the mistakes were just too numerous to warrant more than 2 stars. At least twice, Christian was referred to as Christina. And, does Mia wear sneakers or boots? Her footwear could have been ignored, except that at one point, Mia was thinking to herself she needed to find some boots. Figure out the finer details before you publish the 3rd book please.
I hope book 3 comes out soon before I forget these first two. It’s a great story of survival. Please Connor, put a synopsis at the start of the next book. Lots of action and struggles so far.
This is the 2nd book of the series and another good read. It’s a story of a man coming out of his shell to help others, and three young adults who haven’t perfected their new roles in society.
Excitement abounds. I have this sequel a 5 star rating because the continuation of Glenn' struggle with the town dictator and his defeat was gratifying. I found myself as Mia and was happy that she survived. I have good feelings about the next story.
Not interesting. Stopped at the halfway point and went to the last chapter so maybe I missed where it got interesting but will not be reading the third book. Sorry
