Picking up from where book 2 left off, this book starts with Masamune celebrating his victory over Senju Muramasa, as well as his book deciding to get published in September. After a long time of working on refining the contents, a meet-up from Yamada Elf decides a celebration party in his house, the participants being him, Elf, Muramasa, Eromanga sensei, and new author Shidou Kunimitsu.
After the party, the four of them (excluding Shut-in eromanga sensei/Sagiri) is invited to Elf's mansion in a southern island (Elf island) for a "summer vacation novel-writing camp", which just happens to be a beach episode that takes up most of this book's space. The romantic and comedic interactions between Masamune and his harem (Elf and Muramasa) will be the spotlight of this show.
And at last, Masamune's new novel, "the world's cutest little sister" is finally published!
Book 3 introduces two new characters to the party: Shidou Kunimitsu, a new author who's a nice man and likes writing stories about sweets (he mistakes Masamune for gay and gets drunk really easily), and Yamada Chris, Elf's big brother whose serious nature is the complete opposite of carefree Elf. Not only that, but the romantic scenes are even tuned up with Elf's proposal to Masamune, and the comedic appeal is also very high most especially with Kunimitsu's mistakening of Masamune's sexuality.
Again, previous knowledge of the characters with book 1 and book 2 are needed.

Volume 3 was not intended to be the last of the series, but apparently it is in the US (there were more volumes in Japan). The story is pleasant, as is the art. I would have enjoyed additional volumes.
