Not clear
This book does not have a clear message or thesis at any point. There are no sources. Grammar is not complete. The author tends to state obvious signs of a particular emotion and then tack some sort of reason for it. I would suggest more editing for grammar and clarity. Also use other people's ideas unless you want people to think all this info was made up along the way.
TLDR; Not worth $4 as a "guide" to human behavior.

Not worth the time, not so much because of the information but the disorganised presentation.

Great start and easy to follow tips. A book that needs to be a resource more than just a read as you'll need to go back to learn and remind yourself of the different tactics until it becomes a habit
