Orla, youngest daughter of the Fairy Queen, is almost as famous for her powers of seduction as she is for her rebellious nature. So when her ill-advised attempt at the throne unleashes the threat of civil war, Orla faces a stern marry the fearsome prince of the enemy fairy clan, Liam the Avenger.
As his wife, Orla is infuriated by the warrior's brusque, cold indifference—and her own uncontrollable craving for his touch. Now, as she works to redeem herself by restoring balance to the kingdom, Orla must dare to capture the one prize she may forever be her husband's carefully guarded heart.
This story concludes the series. Orla is the third daughter of Mab. After causing the incursion into their lands she now has to face the punishment meted out by her mother. Liam is the nephew of the king of the Dublaine Sidhe. He was involved in the incursion with Orla. Now the two must be joined together in marriage. It is a wonderful story. It has some great characters. Orla and Liam set off sparks together both in and out of the bedroom. It is a delightful page turner as she finds a new purpose in her new home. The story wraps up nicely by bringing all the characters together for a happy celebration.
This was the conclusion to Korbel’s fairy-tale trilogy that began the Nocturne line. The heroine is the bad sister among the faerie queen’s daughters. She connived for the throne, was mean to her sisters, and wound up betraying her people, the “good” fairies—all before the story starts. So her mom has come up with a suitable punishment. She has to marry the prince of the “bad” fairies. They don’t like each other, but the sex is pretty hot. She strikes a blow for women’s rights in her new home kingdom, makes them take a real look at what they’re doing that isn’t working, and helps her home crew recognize the important job the “bad” fairies are doing, defending the realms from even worse universes. Lots of adventure, fun and games, and even a cute kid, while both heroine and hero learn le
Sparks fly as Orla and Liam face their new life with a spouse neither of them wants while a sinister danger grows just beyond their borders.
Eileen Dreyer has once again crafted a story that wove its way into my heart and kept my attention to the very last word. After the crime they committed together in book one, Daughter of Lore, I truly did not expect to like either Orla or Liam. Instead, I grew to love them.
If you have not read the first two books in this series, do yourself a favor and go grab all three and escape into this wonderful trilogy.

I came late into this series and will have to go back to read the previous books. This is an excellent story of a Fae princess and a Fae warrior of an enemy clan that are forced into marriage that becomes more than either ever expected or hoped for. I loved the characters and although I felt like there were some things missing since I didn’t read the previous books in the series, I could follow the story line fine and am anxious to read the other books. Recommended but I feel like it might be better to read them in order.
This is the final book in the series. It can be difficult to take a disliked character and make the reader like her but the author did this successfully.
I enjoyed the relationship between the two main characters and how they grew to love each other. I also enjoyed the plot line. A very good finale.

It might be better rating if I read it in English. But unfortunatelly I got this book from a sale and I already read the 1st and 2nd books so I feel compelled to read the final book (yeah, thats me, sucker for series)
The story is really boring. I dont think the heroine and hero (Orla and Liam) have enough chemistry to live up the story. All that they do are arguing and make love. I cant have the feeling and reason why these two can fallen in love. It just feel so shallow.
Nevertheless, I finally finished this series and now can move on to anothers.
Dibaca sebelum punya akun Goodreads & pinjam di taman bacaan dekat kampus/rumah. Tentu saja ga inget ceritanya ya Bestie :') . Salah satu novel pararom lini Harlequin Nocturne yang dibaca (sekarang sih udah ga ada lininya, sayang banget)
Short, quick read with a continuation of the Daughters of Myth. It is the story of Orla who is the youngest daughter of the Fairy Queen. She is punished and sent to marry the enemies clan.
A fairly predictable ending. I would like to have seen more depth to the characters. A nice series and story line, but needed a bit more development. As if she was just trying to get to the end.
