1) The Edge of Courage
Haunted by memories he cannot reach, stalked by an enemy bent on revenge . . .
Rocco Silas has come home to Wyoming after long years as a Red Team operative in Afghanistan. It isn't easy returning to civilian life, especially burdened as he is with a staggering case of PTSD or hunted as he is by an enemy determined to seek an eye-for-eye--neither of which can he battle until he confronts the truth of what happened one fateful day in the high mountain ranges of the Hindu Kush.
. . . She alone holds the key to his sanity.
Mandy Fielding's dream of opening a therapeutic riding center on her family's ranch is almost within her grasp--until she hires Rocco Silas, a dangerous ex-Spec Ops friend of her brother's. His haunted eyes and passionate touch promise a love she never dared believe possible. Can they confront the truth of his past and build a future together or will the enemy stalking him destroy them both?
2) Shattered Valor Every step leads her deeper into danger...
Eden Miller has her life arranged exactly as she wants it--until a reunion with her high school BFFs places her in the middle of a turf war with a ruthless prison gang, their terrorist allies, and the hunters tracking them. Her every move draws her deeper into the danger surrounding Ty Bladen and his team of terror fighters, but his seductive charm and engaging smile make her believe his promises of protection.
A secret is a dangerous thing...
When the terrorists Ty Bladen is tracking infiltrate his remote ranch in Wyoming, he learns the past he buried cannot be so easily escaped. Though he's recovering from a bullet wound he received in Afghanistan and is hunted by an unseen enemy, he knows he can't leave Eden alone to face the danger swirling around her, danger he and his team have brought to her--even if he has to risk letting her near his frozen heart. But when she learns his terrible secret, will she stay or will she run?
3) Honor Unraveled Love Isn't a Battle... Kit Bolanger, ex-spec ops soldier, has followed the trail of an international drug lord back to his childhood town, the one place he swore never to return. He and his team of terrorist hunters are the only thing standing between the town's residents and the evil threatening them. It doesn't help to know that she's here--the woman who betrayed his trust and shredded his heart.
...It's a War and He's Offering No Quarter Deciding to put roots down, Ivy Banks has brought her daughter home to the sleepy ranching community of Wolf Creek Bend, Wyoming--the one place where she was certain she'd never run into her high school flame. But he's back, fighting a global enemy and homegrown terrorists in a hidden war that puts their lives and their hearts in jeopardy. He was bad news in high school, and he's even worse news now.
Surrendering to him is not an option...but it's the only thing he'll accept.
"Elaine Levine is a wonderfully fresh and original voice in western romance. RACHEL AND THE HIRED GUN is full of fast-paced action and powerful emotions. I loved it!" -- Joan Johnston, New York Times bestselling author of A STRANGER'S GAME
"A pair of appealing, well-matched protagonists (with a bit of a history), a slimy villain, well-drawn secondary characters, and plenty of action make this rough-and-ready Western one that fans are sure to enjoy." --Library Journal on AUDREY AND THE MAVERICK
"A beautiful romance…keeps the reader hooked from the first page to the last.” -New York Times Bestselling Author Catherine Anderson about LEAH AND THE BOUNTY HUNTER
Though this is the third book of a romance trilogy, the story stands quite well on its own. Elaine Levine gives us a multi-level story about trust and being able to overcome personal fears to achieve a goal. Set in the post-Civil War era, Leah and the Bounty Hunter gives us a window into the rough-and-tumble lives of our settler-forefathers and what they did to succeed against lawlessness and the incredible challenges to settle the old West. An enjoyable read, recommended. --Monica E. Spence, Historical Novels Review on LEAH AND THE BOUNTY HUNTER

ABOUT ELAINE:
Elaine Levine is an agoraphobic who lives in her son’s basement and runs doggie daycare for his pack of hounds. Her mind, however, is irrepressible, and she fills the endless moments of endless days crafting romance fiction from dystopian headlines she reads online. Be warned—her stories are addictive and dangerously appealing to those with similarly twisted minds and hopeful hearts.
I read the first book a number of years ago and remembered that I liked it. Then I got the 3 book set and didn't really enjoy the re-read or the next two books. Can't say if it was the books or if my taste are changing...
3.5 stars... I enjoyed all 3 of the books. Each book picks up exactly where the last one left off so you must read these in order or you will be confused. Looking forward to seeing how the series ends.
I loved how this was 3 books all rolled into 1. This way there was no break in the story and you can get a great roll with each hero and heroine and with the whole team. This way you felt like you were within the team instead of the constant breaks.
Each of the novels were well written and you felt like you were part of the team as you learned about each of the romances. You could see where the romances started and you actually wanted to know where they were going. At times you did want to have a stern lecture to the men in the group and sometimes the women were almost too girly at times. I loved how they were trying to up skill the women so they didn't have to worry so much about them. I wish more writers and story lines were put more of this in as its a great way to make the men feel comfortable while away. I know with my background as a Navy brat, my father made sure we had certain survival skills growing up. I knew how to shoot shotguns, handguns and make bullets all before the age of 10. So Kudos to the writer for that one!
There were some parts were things happened, like with when they went through the house, which didn't seem like it would be possible and it felt yeah ok. I gave this a pass because the other parts were so well thought out. I can only imagine what or who else they'll be bringing into the household to fill in other gaps.
I can only imagine we'll find out more about the guy who owns the private firm the guys are employed by as that will be one of the stories I'll definitely want to read. Further, I can't wait to read the others but I think I will stay away from reading the smaller books as I've found they don't usually hold any keys to the other major books.
A bit torn on how to rate this. I found the overall story line a great concept and for the most part well written and put out. However, the romance story lines of the individual stories were shaky, in my opinion. I found most of the characters pretty likable, but the female MCs were....eh. A thought they came off kind of flat, annoying at times, and almost too similar in their attitudes and reactions to things.
Back to the romance parts - they also came off feeling rushed and forced. Not really quite believable and had they been kept to a minimum, I think the books would have been better off in some ways. (The exception to this would be the first book with Mandy. I think with a bit of tweaking to the dialogue and to Mandy's character, it would have been great).
This is a box set that contains books1-3 of Elaine Levine's Red Team series. And while this set of books isn't your warm fuzzy, happily ever after, sweet romance novels; they are well worth reading. I LOVED IT! It was awesome! Could. Not. Put. It. Down! It was a great read. It's an awesome box set.
Elaine is an excellent writer, and she's created a fantastic cast of characters here. A group of kick-ass he men that you don't want to mess with. The women are strong, independent, smart, loving women that you'll enjoy reading about. The author has created a great cast of characters.
The books in set are definitely connected and continued. In the box set, there is an overarching storyline that is continued through all three books; and it is not resolved until the end of the last book in the set.
I have nothing but praise for this box set as it is well written and I enjoyed reading it very much. For me it was one of those page turner books. The author gives you a chance to truly get to know each and every character in all three books of the box set. That's part of what makes the box set so much fun to read, is getting to know all these different characters.
Yes, there is violence in the book, but it is not graphic or gory violence. It is well written, and adds to the action-adventure theme of the books. Yes there are some sex scenes in each of the three books. But the sex scenes do not dominate the book. It is the story that the author is telling that dominates the book, and that story is a gripping one. I would heartily recommend this book.
This was an amazing series and it's only the beginning
This was an amazing series full of stories of warriors with rough, dark pasts finding their way into a new life back home in the States. These men also find themselves in relationships that are as intense and interesting as they are themselves. These aren't your flowers and roses stories although they do have HEA's thy just have to get through the rough stuff first.
The red team is a special group dedicated to the security of our country. They are smart and good at protecting their women. Sometimes it is dangerous just to be around them. They all have past garbage to get around to earn their love but once you do they will breach heaven and he'll to keep you safe. The threat comes from overseas but is here in our country. Time to take out the garbage. Can't wait to read the next three.
Not real big on series books, but glad I read these all together and in order (as suggested). Don't know if I will continue on with the next set in the series tho. Maybe 9 is just a bit much for me. All three were action-packed, certainly kept my interest, and had great characters - although they were a little more sexually graphic than I usually prefer.
Its only the first 3 books but they are great and don't necessarily leave you hanging. They also don't have a huge overlap in the storyline going from one book to the next. The men in the book are Alfas but the women are well written and not blindly submissive.
Follow the red team as they face demons from their past and enemies from their present. Also the women they learn to love. These books grab you from the start snd keep you going. Each book covers a specific team member but the story line continues to the nect book
There was love, excitement, fear, heartache, anger, sorrow and so much more. I enjoyed the read but sometimes the sex was just more than I like (that’s why 4 instead of 5).
Great book. All three has its own drama, hot and sexy alpha males that falls for independent strong females. This series is separate but I recommend reading from book one. Love how the characters are throughout the series.
This isn't a regular special ops kind of story. This is deal with the raw reality of being in the military and how it affects their families. Each couple's story is very unique but pulls at your heartstrings. The conflicts are intense but awesome.
I just love these books, second time around and I dont know why I didnt leave a reviewthe first time. What an imagined you have Elaine..full all surprises, action and love.BRAVE to you for giving us a jouney to go on with you..
The first three books of this series keep you on your toes with all the twist and turns. It is a well written story and look forward to find out what happens next.
I much prefer series all together to binge read and the story flows better. Nice bit of action here mixed with romance. If you're into that then I recommend this series.
Great set of books, I'd already read book one, so read books two/three back to back, good idea as they follow on straight away. This series has drama!, loads of suspense but I would say loads of still unanswered questions, more insight into the biker gang, also the wkb's but now you have this kind of cultish farming group and these feral kids which is altogether creepy!!. the second book about Ty and Eden was the darker out of the three and a few times I was uncomfortable with the storyline but it wasn't sensationalised, Ty you are one brave man, you had the support of your team and the girl who loved you. You take those arseholes down!!, next story was about Kit and Ivy, again drama filled but not as dark, more about leaving the past and second chances. This set of books is going to get more complicated I can feel it. I would love Owens story and definitely Kelan and Fiona's too. I know they'll be in the mix at some point I'm just not very patient!!, FYI, check out the authors webpage for her inspiration for the red team its spot on! Yum!
this series is hard hitting, its intense and full on. it covers a lot of very disturbing problems, they are dealt with honestly and have obviously been researched. the comradeship of the guys and their support and understanding of each other and their individual symptims and problems from their pasts and service is inspirational. the girls are all strong but have had to deal with their own life issues, combined they have not one but several greater enemies to fight and overcome. its gritty, violent, disturbing in some areas but overall theres love, support and unconditional understanding. this is a great series and I am reading on through the rest of it and will look at elaines other books as well
This was my first time reading Ms Levine and I enjoyed the book. I was upset when I finished each book knowing there was really no closure . With each book, the cliffhanger seems to get more in depth and it makes you want to read the next one. I'm not really a cliffhanger reader, but I want to see how the problems are finally solved.

Very excited this is offered at $0.99 right now. I was eager to keep reading through this series after reading book 1. Since I already read and reviewed that book, I am going to review each book separately, not on this box set posting.
Great book, first three stories of the Red Team. lots of action, adventure, love and pain. Great characters and a great story. can't wait for the next book
