Sir Mohamed Muktar Jama Farah (Arabic: محمد فرح) CBE OLY (born 23 March 1983), commonly known as Mo Farah or Sir Mo Farah, is a British long-distance runner and the most successful British track athlete in modern Olympic Games history.
Fun and inspiring. Mo-Farah's participation could have been higher. Other than that, I found the series quite comprehensive and enjoyable for beginners level. I could relate some of the mistakes that I made in my first full marathon. Wish I had a series like this to guide me in that year.
I would not recommend at all to train only 18 weeks before the first marathon. 18 months is better. Depends on your fitness. A few shorter races (5k, 10k, half marathon) would also help.
