This is a nice short summary of Stoicism and many of the key tenets to start living your life Stoically. As an aficionado of the philosophy (and virtue ethics in general recently), I think this is a great introduction and a good reminder of things to do to try to live your life virtuously.
Great content. I found it very easy to read and use as a guide. The format allowed me to be introduced to several tenents of stoicism without diving into one area too much. This book inspired me to do more research on the topic.
I noticed a few typos that distracted me from the content. (This is more of a note for the author)
