In “Fearless Thinking, Stress-Free Living,” author Purandar A. Amin has written a wonderful guide for freeing our minds from stress so that can live our lives in peace. He discusses the relationship between the mind and the brain, as well as why they are different. Many people treat their brains with prescription drugs, when they actually could be working on healing their minds from pre-conditioned thinking. It takes some effort to do this, but the outcome will be better for our overall health which would encompass the mind and the brain. As long as we allow ourselves to be conditioned by outside factors such as finances and relationships, we continue to live in fear. When we change our preconditioned thinking, we find freedom. This book provides tools to help us move beyond our limitations, however, we will be using this process for the rest of our lives.

Having had serious chronic health issues, I know that it is critical for me to release a lot of my negative, fearful thoughts and buried emotions. Years of chronic pain have taught me that this is not how I want to live my life. Having reached middle age, I have made a commitment to changing the way that I am going to live the second half of my life. The discussions about our limiting beliefs on love and finances are eye-opening. I found it easier to ready myself to move forward with letting go of beliefs about my relationship with money. It isn’t so easy for me to let go about my views on love and relationships. In addition to previous conditioning, there is also the aspect of having to deal with the other person’s conditioning. I will definitely make healing in this area a priority because I know that my beliefs cause a great deal of stress.

I read “Fearless Thinking, Stress-Free Living,” by Purandar A. Amin very quickly because I was excited to know that I found a tool that will help me with my goals. Now I plan to go back, read a chapter a day, and journal the exercises that are presented. I also love that each chapter is written as a personal letter to from the author to his wife. This adds a wonderful personal touch. I am so grateful to have this useful resource to help me move forward with my goals! This book is perfect for those who want to free themselves from the shackles of their mind and move forward into a life of peace.

Fearless Thinking, Stress-Free Living, Guaranteed (Almost) by Purandar A. Amin is a book written to enable you to learn how to manage and control your emotions and remain focused. It’s neither a spiritual nor scientific solution to worries, rather an overview of human anxiety due to turmoil. The purpose of the book is to prepare antidotes to stress and ensure fearless thinking. I'm contented by the overwhelmed assertion that “knowledge is power but only if it is deserved and well utilised.” The text is a recap of human emotional freedom and the whole essence of stress-free living.
It began with a preamble and was developed in a sequence of chapters by the narrative of human pulses.
The author went on to recite the fearless notion with appended notes to illustrate the idea, to guide the readers on the modalities of managing uncertainty, emotional tensions and imbalance that betray humanity and causes anxiety. I'm captivated by the notion that fear is a consequence of illusion as narrated by the author. It’s the effect of humans’ imagination and uncertainties of being. The idea is common in humans’ nature and struggles for survival. Understanding and practising the basics of the lesson will help humans to alleviate the negative impulse of emotion and forestall the power of positive thinking. When panicking is curbed, the author's goal is achieved and humans will be courageous, think-less, fearless with stress-free living henceforth. The book is a great solution to all human emotion and anxiety precisely. But besides the throb, being noble is also, a passion that is worthy to be stamped in the text to enable the readers to achieve the full benefits of the author's endeavours.
The book is suitable for social workers, those engaged in daily human counselling and a must-read if you want to avoid tension and be living happily with minimal or stress-free.

Help in living stress free

Fearless Thinking is a book on how to live stress free and enjoy life one day at a time. The common misconception is that others cause us stress when in reality we cause ourselves stress based on how we react to the events taking place. This self help book explores the techniques you can use to live stress free and better your life by adjusting your reaction and erasing the stress from your life. I found this book to be well written with good information which is composed and present in a professional easy to understand format. I recommend anyone who is experiencing stress to check out this book and learn some simple methods for handling the stress we create each day. A must read for those who tend to over react to situations.

The book was good, but it wasnt my taste. However it would be perfect for someone who wants no stress in their life. The author really gets their message through to the reader, and even helps explain the process more by putting in key points to remember, and exercises. They even put note taking room. The author also takes a unique approach to the writing by making it addressed to his wife in letter form. Overall this book is a good book, and i do recommend it.

Very helpful during a stressful time.

I chose this book at a stressful time in my life, I was struggling with the death of my father & the estrangement of my sister. Which lead to a court case, it was a reminder to breathe & love not hate, for my own sanity rather than for the other person. A reminder to be grateful for life & nature.

It is a spiritual book about living without stress. It has some good advice but it is religious and some aspects are not for everyone.

This is a very good beginner book on stress reduction. The author has done this very spiritually and just the title of the chapters tell you that. Colors, Energy The Waves In the Ocean, Apples and Oranges, The Infinite Ocean and more. I really like the way the author has excercises in the back of the chapter. I also like the illustrations of flowers at the beginning of each chapter. It makes you take pause and enjoy them.
I received this book in exchange for my honest opinion.
