Astonishingly good! Everything is described in a very compelling and complete way. Some parts use a different approach than other books.
Read chap. 4 (brakes) while trying to solve for max. braking force for my FSAE car. Explained things simply enough for my dumb ass to *almost* understand them. Good graphs. Good book.
-1 star for lulling me into a false sense of security with really easy derivations for road cars, then dropping the "but racecars are far more complicated" bomb on me.
