Elan: A Historical Native American Romance

Elan of the Iroquois village has found the love of his life. He cannot wait to marry Tala. He is courting her, and his best friend and cousin is courting her best friend Bena. The warriors travel to the Tuscarora village to see the girls and walk, talk, and getting to know them. The warriors are hoping that the girls will soon be ready to marry them. The boys catch their girls hugging other warriors. Does this mean what Elan and Walker think it does or do the girls still want to marry them. The girls are kidnapped, and it take some special tracking to find them. Elan gets hurt and Bena disappears and things just go from bad to worse. Will they ever get things straightened out? Will the warriors ever get to marry the loves of their hearts or are things so messed up that they have to go their own ways?

Elan's courtship

I enjoyed the story. It was not so predictable, but I knew Elan would end up happily married. I liked the courtship.
