Fallin' For A Beast: Charisma & Ethic
Ethic is no stranger to the gritty streets of Carolina. Alongside his right hand man, Gunna, they rule the streets with a chrome nine. The bag is secured when it comes to these men, but money is the route to all evil, not the solution to all problems.
Hard knock life is more than a song to Charisma & Harmony; it’s their life. Coming from broken homes, they’ve learned to dream big. With no money to pay for college, they hit the pole, willing to make it clap for an education.
Charisma is the smart, hard-working type of female who doesn’t have time for anything that isn’t accomplishing her dream. Just like the LL Cool J song, Charisma needs love, and it comes in the form of a beast. Determined not to get caught up in Ethic’s web, she finds herself feening for everything that is him.
Known as the life of the party, Harmony tries her best to stay focused on getting her degree. Her outgoing nature attracts the attention of Gunna but also brings up past demons.
Big bank takes little bank, and neither of these four individuals are interested in being bankrupt when it comes to love. Falling for a beast isn’t easy, but it can be magical.

WOW!!
First I have to say that I've laughed .out loud so much my family and friends were giving me strange looks.This books has something for everyone and if you don't think so the we are not reading the same thing.I also like the writer let's you know that circumstances and things sometimes force us to make tough decisions.I love these women in this story even the heifers!You know you have a good story when you start screaming when the story ends and on a cliffhanger.The writer knocks it out the park first go round,can't wait till the next installment.

"She's different, blah, blah, blah"...
It's one thing to say this then another when she's not at all. Not into stripper books but if they're really different then it's okay but when she strung-out and has more problems than the next I'm over it. I was done with her the second it was out and about to be done with the other when she kept telling him to go with his ex then get mad. This takes place over two weeks, so we don't get any type of relationship formed. The ending I'm hoping she doesn't make it so I'll read the next one just for that.

First time read
This is my first read by this author and it.caught my eye from the cover and title. I know that this is part of series that may already be completed, but please make sure your characters are defined clearly. It was a.little all over the place for me and took some time to figure out who Harmony was versus Charisma. Since they are friends with similar backgrounds, it was lost in the beginning on who was the strong female lead and following the storyline. Idk, I don't want to seem like I'm bashing, but this just wasn't for me.
Loved the triangle with Ethic, Omar and Asha. Can't wait to see how that unfolds.
Det. Smith seems like he has a personal vendetta.

A MUST READ!!!!
I absolutely loved this book. It was full of craziness and drama. I would love to see Karisma with Ethic together...I can’t wait for Ethic to find out about that baby. I think it’s something up with Jah....This is definitely a must read. Cherice never lets us down. I expected greatness and that’s exactly what I got. I hope Harmony is ok. BTW I hate her mother...I can’t wait to read part 2...You have done it again Cherice...#143

I love me some Charisma and Harmony, I’m mad my girl got caught out there on drugs harmony was better than that i hope she make it and don’t die she came a long way to go out like that. Held my attention from beginning to end and what a ending. Full of drama and more drama. Throw in all the twist, turns, lies and secrets made a interesting read. I couldn't put it down and still wanted more. Loving Charisma for Ethic and hope they can work things out. So can't wait for Ethic to find out who that baby's real father is. Sure hope Harmony makes it out alright. I can't wait to see what happens in PT.2. Job well done Cherice Harris.

Interesting story!
This caught my attention from the first pages and kept me engaged. There are some interesting people and interesting plots. This is my first time reading this writer and I was not disappointed. However, the editing needs improving. Since this is an installment, I am invested and will continue to read the next part. Looking forward to the next installment. Please don't make me wait.

Great read
I liked Ethic and Charisma even thought she played hard to get in the beginning. The book was easy to read and the story flowed nicely together. And it kept my attention from beginning to end. And that ending had me on pins and needles. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Good read
Man Charisma was getting on my nerves so bad in the beginning. I hope Harmony be okay. Ethic is slowly winning me over. Gunna what is he gone do now about Harmony. Characters are developing well. Only thing I didnt like us that it ended to soon and the couple's are still not together.

I'm loving this STORYLINE ..these young couples are finding themselves and each other...This Author gave us a chance to get to know the characters and the details are well defined she made me love them ...I smell the drama as well as Stinking Tina.....penicillin please lol can't wait for more ...Url these parents are horrible .....

Okay
I liked the book I felt like it flowed well but the only problem I had was charisma constantly saying she's in school and doesn't have time for anything like we all know that. There was some grammatical errors but it didn't stop you from reading and following along. The book really picked up towards the middle and end.

Ethic is about to go off. I really hope Charisma give him a chance. Harmony needs to let her feelings go about her mom. Gunna needs to get his ex wife under control. I hope Tina, Dre and Jah get what's coming to them. Asha should be ashamed of herself. I hope Omar can save his friendships with Ethic and Gunna. Please get rid of Vernon

U just never know what life have in store for you, these two best friends were the same but different.they both needed each other, harmony needs help wit her demons and I hope it’s not to late for her.charisma is a gd person and she is forcing on her goals in life, I believe ethic is a gd fit for her, but we shall see.

This book was good and held my attention from the first page. I loved the bond between Charisma and Harmony they always had each other back. Ethic definitely goes after what he want. When those secret come out it going to be some mess. I'm definitely reading part 2.

I need pt 2!!
This was a drama filled read. It caught my attention in the beginning and kept it the whole book. I love real men like Ethic and Gunna. Not all men have to be dogs. Ethic was not playing with Charisma. The ending was sooo unexpected. I can’t wait to read pt 2!!
