Better than watching a film, but we want this to be turned into a movie n what an exceptional movie this will make. Storyline is magnificent, Jonathan has worked amazing on this—so I know this will make the big screen n hopefully soon.

This is an outstanding book, lots of action as always with Jonathans style, quick read. It was great teamwork fighting all the baddies. Terrific job Jonathan, can't wait for the next.

Burn the Night - a review by Rosemary Kenny

This is Book 2 in the New Arilion Knights series by the impeccably creative Jonathan Yanez and it continues the saga of
trainee Arilion Knight Emma Rainee as she continues her fight for justice and peace on Earth.

Emma must also now work with Frank Wolffe, as part of a Government task force, Project Nebula following her recruitment by General Fox.
She's also reunited with her alien Mom, Tistan Duel, who's high up in her planet Arylon's Alliance Council and who teleports them both to the planet
where she meets others who need her help in the battle against the evil Vilmar invaders.
While there, Desmond Delshire asks Emma to join his rebellion. When she refuses he hurts her mother badly and his 'zombie-like' forces ambush and attack Emma and Tistan, before Emma is able to kill him.

Which friends and allies' help Emma next? Where do they escape to? Who threatens to tell Emma's father what she's really been doing during Summer Recess?
How does she overcome this issue? What happens when Emma's parents reunite? When does Emma join the Academy? Who attacks the house?
Who does Emma manage to save? What race is Emma's new friend Jace? Where are the Vilmar hiding out? What happens when Emma and the others go there?

If you loved Book 1, The Academy, you're sure to love this one even more - grab your copy today and tell all your friends about it too!

Another Fast-Paced Adventure

Yanez has created another great series, with Emma learning how to use her vambraces but having little help as no other Arilions are available. Initially worried about the Shay, Emma learns there’s another hostile alien she must remove. She is in the middle of political and strategic moves by General Fox, and also grapples with telling her father everything. It’s not going to turn out well if she hesitates. What’s a teenaged Arilion Knight to do?

Earth's own Arilian knight is growing into her own.

Romantic twists, crushes, new knights, new mentors and family reunions make for an interesting story. Plenty of room yet to grow, and a nice big cliff hanger means we get to read at least one more. Hopefully more than that.
