She has published several poetry books, a memoir on living in South Korea, and nonfiction books on dance, writing, somatics, and consciousness. As a coach and workshop facilitator, she assists folks in increasing body awareness, healing, and inspiring creative expression. She offers her popular workshop, Writing From the Body.

Fascinating insight into the rich world of somatic awareness

What a delight of a book. Wealth of advice and practical instruction to enable fuller somatic explorations.written in an easy accessible style. Highly recommend this book. It has been a delight during my University study in Somatic Wellbeing.
