Blacktastic Urban Fantasy

Urban Fantasy is one my favorite genres. The mix of fantasy in a modern setting quite appealing to me. Imagine Elves living in trailer parks. Dwarves working as construction workers. Goblins and Kobolds involved in turf wars. Wizards operating like private eyes. What's not to love about that?

When you think urban you think the city, specifically inner city. Black folk. Surprisingly urban fantasy is often lily white. Rarely are black folk seen or if they are they bare sude kicks.

Terminus does the exact opposite. Tales of the fantastic featuring black protagonist is what the doctor ordered. Set in the ATL, these stories take us to an Atlanta we've never seen. Dinners with Vampires, shape shifters, and paranormal investigators, all make up this amazing anthology.

Highly recommend
