She loves writing smart, flawed, wisecracking women who can solve a mystery, kick supernatural butt, banter with hot men, and still make time for their best female friend, because those were the women she grew up around and admired. Granted, her grandmother never had to kill a demon at her weekly friend lunches, but Deborah is pretty sure she could have.

This 1/2 read is what we've been waiting for with Ari and Kane, and of course, Deb would find a way to get us all tangled up in those two only to keep us wanting to know what's next.

Sexy, delicious, triumphant, Ari and Kane goodness! This made me soooo happy after the four books of torture we've had up until this point.. and then that ending. Arrrrgggg. But. I so enjoyed the successful banishment of a certain thing that has haunted Ari for so long. Even if there was a price to be paid. Can't wait for that angst to play out in book five.

As always, another steamy bit of bite-sized Wilde fun.

This is the story I've been longing to read. I have to admit that Ari has never been my favourite character but Kane is fabulous in every sense of the word, and their relationship (or lack of it) has intrigued me from the very beginning. This short story sees them spending time alone on a mission and was well worth the wait. They definitely need their heads banging together and this definitely sees that happening but not in the way I meant!
You need to read the rest of the series before this but that's not a hardship because it is fantastic. Treat yourself.

Ari isn’t my favorite character, but Kane is hilarious when he isn’t a douche. Wish the two would stop the foolishness and grow a pair so they can finally be true partners. Just my opinion.
