The photography is excellent. My stomach growled every time I picked up the book. The book is organized by entree (beef, lamb, pork, fish, etc.) so it is easy to decide how you want to prepare the entree from the various recipes. There is a great selection of recipes so you never have to eat the same thing twice. There also is an explanation of the types of spices and other ingredients that are typical in stir-fry meals. I really don't know how I would improve the book. Thus, the 5 star rating.
