"Just a Love Story" is the fourth book in the Texas Heat series, and it is a fantastic read. It is the love story of Shae St. John and Derek Alden, Shae is also`known as Jessabelle, because she also writes racy romance novels. Shae has always had stories in her mind and when her grandmother needs her help, she knows how to get extra money, by publishing her books. She has no idea that the small town she lives in will all turn their backs on her for doing so, even her best friend. Derek is going through a messy divorce and in the beginning he also treats Shae badly, but not exactly for the reasons she thinks. He has to keep his nose clean and stay out of trouble if he expects to get even part time custody of his little girl.
This is a great read that will keep you turning the pages quickly, it is also heartbreaking and appalling the way the town people treated Shae. You will have to read it to find out how it ends. As with all of Sable Hunter's books this one will make you laugh, cry and swoon.

Sable Hunter does it again. I love the way Sable has put the story to fit each person she writes about. Shae is a church person who grows up in church and when her grandmother has a stroke she start wring romances novels. She tries to make it where no one but her and her friend Cathy knows who she is. All hell breaks lose and they make Shae like the enemy

Never JUST a love story...

Sable Hunters books are never JUST anything. Her stories contain a little bit of everything. And they are always amazing. She includes love, heartbreak, drama, intrigue, history, and sometimes folklore and paranormal. And this story is no different. Both Derek and Shea are dealing with some tough issues. But all each of them wants is a little bit of love. With a little bit of compromise and understanding it is possible the will both cone out the other side with more than they bargained for. I can't wait to see what Sable Hunter has in store for us next!!!

OMG.... a wonderful book. I couldn't put it down. Sable Hunter is a wonderful writer. She is my go to author, I know I will always get a great story. I love the fact she wrote about the stigma of writing or reading romance. My whole family has made fun of my love of romance, they love to tease me but I have had people who are serious about the insults. Thank you Sable. A well written story about love and the truth of what can happen in real life. I loved the characters and I was glad to see some old friends. A must read honestly!!!!

A fabulous story

Another winner from the Hunter stable. Shae and Dereks story, heart wrenching, twists and turns, plus shocks and gasps from a totally heart warming story. A Hunter gem, a heroine with flaws or in this case "sins" and a flawed hero, existing characters making key appearances to weave a story with everything, sins, church, small town expectations, small minded small towns, a guy with a messy unresolved past, a heroine with a heart of gold. Amazing, heartwarming, thoroughly enjoyable writers story, loved it. Highly recommended.

"Just a Love Story" (Hell Yeah! Series/Texas Heat Series) by Sable Hunter is a great read. I loved Shae and Derek's story. It was great to catch up with Drew and Angelina, Zane and Presley, and Avery. This story has twists and turns, romance, passion, entertaining characters, close friends and family, and more. This is a great addition to both the Hell Yeah! Series and the Texas Heat Series. Highly recommend to all fans of romance, happily ever after stories, and series.

I love Sable Hunters writing style and stories. Just another Love story hit every one of my love it points. Lovable hero, check, imperfect but fun and real heroine, check. Original story with some awesome twist and turns, check check.
I recommend all of the books in this series and Sable Hunter just keeps writing more books for me to love.

I love the Hell Yeah series by Sable Hunter and Shae and Derek's story fits right in with this line of stories. How can you not fall in love with the characters that Ms. Hunter gives her readers. And even though there are twists and turns, you know you're going to get an HEA. If you love this series to begin with, you won't be disappointed with this one.

Such a beautiful story, although it has a lot of the ugly realities of people's nature shown in it. The truth of life is that it's not what happens, it is what you do with it. The heroin shows a loving giving nature throughout all had problems and God rewards her in the end.
