When Dante arrives home after a video shoot, he finds a lawn full of reporters and an upset Clara, who’s been told there’s a viral video of him cheating on her. Things go from bad to worse when he discovers some distressing news about a family member, news that will tear his heart out.

I'm a New Zealander from Auckland, with dual citizenship (NZ and Croatia). I've also lived in Kerikeri, Singapore and Papua New Guinea.
CAREER PATH: I started off as a Graphic Designer, then went to Auckland University, where I got a BA degree in Art History and Italian Studies and a post-graduate Honors degree in Art History. I worked in the Art History field, then became a full-time artist, doing commissions. I eventually lost all of my senses and gave it up to be a self-published writer, publishing my first book in 2011. Though, earlier in 2023 I returned to art, shelving being a writer since book pirates made it impossible to earn a living from my work, excessively pirating my books. They basically broke my spirit. However, a very nice reader spurred me on to try again, so I'm attempting to revive my writing career.
BAD HABITS: I'm a major procrastinator, I stay up way too late, and I get distracted far too easily unless it's doing something I love. My mind never stops racing, can't turn ADHD off.
SPORTS: As a teenager my favourite sports were karate, badminton, and running. I also did unarmed combat and played in a touch rugby team (my gym teacher made me do the last one!) As an adult, I've couched soccer and have completed two marathons, numerous half-marathons and one 30K run, though I stick to the gym now, hanging up my running shoes.
STATUS: Married to my high school sweetheart (which he hates me calling him). We have two kids.

4.5 Paparazzi Stars
This book takes off seconds after the last book ended. With Ash being in L’s mouth. We walk right into the chaos that this action causes. Reporters are hounding Dante and making it out to appear that Dante is unfaithful to Clara. I still don’t care for Dante and much as I used to just because of his maturity level but he is growing up me like a sponge. I’m glad to see Tane back front and center in the book because we ALL want to know what is going on with PainKillerMurderer and there toxic relationship that is both their demise and their salvation. This book adds more intrigued to L for sure because everyone wants to know about her because we are obsessed. Clara acts her age in this novella (as ion more mature than any character in the entire book) it still gave me a giggle when Tane said “I guess she’s not the Paedo I thought she was “… because I have a warped mind I laughed haha. I cant wait to see what happens next because the ending has my complete attention and I cant decide if we are getting Tane or Ash in the next book!!!

This short story picks up right where the first left off. The viral video of Ash and L has caused mass chaos because everyone thinks Ash is Dante. The reporters are camped out on his front yard. Dante enters the house and is ambushed by Clara because she’s only going off of what the reporters are saying. She quickly believes Dante though and all is well. Dante believes that Tane is continuing to take advantage of Jade and makes him choose between Jade and Tyson, his grandson. He chooses Tyson and leaves, leaving Jade devastated. Dante quickly discovers that Tane actually cares about Jade and that Jade hasn’t been paying him. Tane has lung cancer and needs someone reliable to take care of him, something that Killer can’t do. The story ends with Dante and Tane making up and him realizing that even though you may love someone (Tane and Killer), doesn’t mean you can be together.

I want to scream.
I didn’t like Jade before but I’m okay-Ish with him now since he looks after everyone and puts in a lot of love. But he needs someone who loves him just as much (that’s not Tane). Him helping Tane is nice but with the fact he’s in love with him just makes me bristle. Tane and Killer need to find a way to work things out because if Tane ends up with Jade then idk if I can keep reading about them. Jade should get someone who’s as obsessed with him and he is with the Rata men (Derek maybe 👀). Also (Ashes to Ashes spoiler) when Murderer said Pain doesn’t come out anymore since Tane left them I wanted to cry. Tane and Killer neeeeed to be the endgame and whether it happens with Killer taking his meds and getting rid of his other personalities (which is super sad), Murderer learning to take a step back and only come out during emergencies (also kinda sad) or Tane and Murderer finding a way to like each other and work (would be cute) then it neeeeeds to happen. Pleaseee. Everytime I hear about Jade and Tane I’m happy that Tane is getting some normal and being taken care of, but it also makes me really mad 🤦🏻♀️

Me encantan, me facinan y asi salgan mil los comprare todos!!!! a pesar de que son libros cortos están llenos de sorpresas que no te esperas de nuestros personajes favoritos y giros emocionantes e inesperados.
