Jei atvirai - tai nesupratau šios knygos. Parašyta kaip vadovėlis, sudėtinga suprasti. Skaitosi sunkiai. Nerekomenduoju.

This has lots of exercises, however, it is so academic and dry in style it’s almost unreadable. There are some highlights worthy of returning to: pg 88, where your view of your conduct and your view of others’ behavior should be switched, so that you accept a compliment as based on your behavior and a criticism as based on opinion, rather than the usual other way round. Mirroring is discussed around pg. 291 or so but the book seems written for companies with scattered anecdotes about family life. This means that while it has an interesting idea about breaking down a vision statement into steps, it also recommends doing the same technique in meetings, which makes me wonder how long these q&a meetings actually lasted if someone tried them. The internal smile exercise to say hello to yourself somewhere around pg 300 or so was good. Worth a skim possibly but not a reread.

British authors with more than ample dosings of the how to deal with the "stiff upper lip" syndrome.
