A decent read Leadership book.
Though the concepts and the framework were packaged differently, the narrative was more of convincing the reader than providing a perspective.
Definitely a good Leadership book if you are a beginner.

5 stars for anyone getting into the literature on leadership development, but really more for someone just starting that reading journey. Closer to 3 stars for those who are well read in this area, as this book does a great job of consolidating a lot of wisdom but is not necessarily breaking a great deal of new ground.

A good read on managing large teams. This is summary book for authors very popular training program.
