I really wanna give this one star but I'm biased so I'll control myself and give it a couple instead. This is one of the most boring, most difficult, and densest casebook I read for law school and I really wish I never have to open this book ever again now that I just took my BA final. With that being said, if you love corporate law and you're a law student or professor this might be the perfect book for you.
The opinions of the Delaware Court of Chancery are a bit wordy, but that can't be blamed on the editors. Well organized with great hypos to follow up the cases.
