Much better!!

I was hesitant going into this for three reasons: the immaculate conception, the new couple and I wasn't completely sold on the first book..it was good, but the characters were lacking a little depth in some places. However I decided to trudge through and give it a shot and I'm so glad I did! This one was SO much better than the first and now, I can't wait to read the next one!

I wish I had dreams about a man like Tristan! Reya is so smart and driven, until her life gets turned upside down by finding out she's pregnant- with no possible father! I liked how we got a lot of Reya's backstory, and how awesomely powerful she is. We were teased with upcoming stories at the end- can't wait to see where they lead. It was a completely stand-alone from the first book, but it seems like we'll be seeing these characters again!

Reya is intelligent, highly independent and extremely motivated in completing her studies. Though she's studious during the day, in the night, her mind wanders- but she doesn't remember any of it. Until the day she wakes to realize she's pregnant, even though she's never been with a man. Reya realizes it's time to find out about her hidden past- which leads her to Tristan, the man of her (literal) dreams.
