Karen Renee is the author of the Riot Motorcycle Club, Beta, and O-Town series of books. She once crunched Nielsen ratings data but these days she brings her imagination to life by writing books. She has wanted to be a writer since she was very young, but it’s taken the last twenty plus years for her to amass enough courage and overall life experience to bring that dream to life. Some of those life experiences came from the wonderful world of advertising, banking, and local television media research. She is a proud wife and mother, and a Jacksonville native. When she’s not at the soccer field or cooking, you can find her at her local library, the grocery store, in her car jamming out to some tunes, or hibernating while she writes and/or reads books.
In this book the Hero and heroine were in a relationship in the past, as he received his patch, she caught him cheating with 2 women.
The book starts I think, 6 years later, when they run into each other.
He definitely cheated, no real explanation is given except 'we all did stupid stuff in our 20's' He was it is mentioned at some point 28 or 29 so this explanation, if we can call it that is a bit weak.
He was also living with her for a year before the cheating and they had had a conversation about cheating as she'd been hurt in previous relationships where he promised he would never cheat.
Also in previous books he is a huge manwhore and makes moves on any women, it is even mentioned it doesn't matter if they are married. He even gets warned off Cal's woman in her book. Then in the previous book he gets burned by a club girl using him to betray the club and this causes him to reevaluate his life. That said its, 6 weeks, I think, till he meets the heroine since he's had a change of lifestyle.
Also everyone even close friends she has made since the breakup have the attitude to forgive him, 'you've had 6 years to get over it' is a phrase that's used. None of her friends are angry with him or her for thinking of taking him back, bearing in mind he has been a huge manwhore since the breakup and he is still in the lifestyle so temptation will always be there.
There is other man drama, in form of a threat. The Hero receives an offer from a club girl but refuses.
Hints dropped for next book. Some humour in the banter.

The author wants us to think the h is strong and that the H is sorry. Yet, she wrote the complete opposite. The h is an idiot with zero backbone. She SAYS one thing, but does what the H wants her to do. The H excuse as to why he cheated was “I was young”. Such a stupid and disappointing book.....
Let's start off by saying that this is a new author for us, and we loved our first read from them. The story did an amazing job starting off this new MC series, and we have to say that we absolutely are loving the characters she has created for ourselves.
Vamp and Frankie's characters made it easy to love them, we loved them as soon as we were introduced to them. I will say that the girl gang /slash old ladies definitely make you laugh at their antic each and every book but, most of all, their character are unique and oh so fun. Vamp OMG ! What a ladies man not only that we were already half in love with him in book one, but, we are still carrying a torch for Cal who is just dreamy.....
Vamp and Frankie have a history, and she is one that got away but, when a chance meeting occurs, it seems Vamp has a chance to win back the girl who was destined to be his soul mate but, due to his stupidity, let her get away.
Frankie was Vamp's match in every way. This couple had major chemistry and were super hot together. We definitely felt the heat ! Lol
I loved Vamp as he was a lot of fun, and we loved his bossy possessive self but, our favorite character was Frankie. OMG ! She was a girl you don't want to mess with, she was feisty and had a backbone, and she made us laugh as you never knew what was going to come out of her mouth. I loved how she made Vamp work to make things right with them again, and we wished she made him work harder but, her lady bits, we're not listening.
The story was a lot of fun and had easy to love characters, and had enough drama and suspense to keep us turning the pages to the very end. We are so loving this series....
Honestly, when all signs pointed to the h giving in to the H before any groveling, I kinda lost interest. I think I was more p*ssed off on her behalf than she was. But, he said she needed to forgive him so she did. And she DID have six years to get over it, whereas I had just started reading so there's that. No groveling, just the biker edict of "I want you, you will be mine and you will forgive me." Yes, he seemed like a nice enough guy -but he was a good guy six years ago until that "moment" . WTH happened? Why did he do what he did back then when it seemed it was so out of character for him? He gives a few "I'm sorrys" then demands she forgives him. And why is everything telling her to get over it? Why is she still hanging out with these people? I'm all for second chances, but only if they are earned. This one to me wasn't earned. Anyway, I'm kind of curious about Trixie and her guy, so maybe I'll check her story out. The writing itself was good, but the story got bogged down with the what felt like a lot of filler. So much so that the actual suspense in the book got lost in her numerous friends, activities, what everyone was wearing, her job details, everyone's background info. I just didn't have the patience for all of that.
Has potential but the repetitive thoughts & descriptions made it hard to connect to the couple. There never was that “climax” or “big moment” in the story. Needs more actual conversations between characters instead of so much interior monologues so we can see the relationship grow.
Cary "Vamp" Sullivan knew he made a mistake when he cheated on Lorraine years ago. He was so focused on living up to being a biker that he hurt the best thing that has ever happened to him and he has regretted it since.
Lorraine Francis has the worst luck in men, she is a magnet for liars and cheats. Now the last man she gave a chance to has been her biggest mistake and she needs help. When she ends up seeing her old friend Henry and President of the Riot MC, she gets the help. The only problem is it is Vamp at her side.
Vamp has his second chance and he is going to do everything in his might to protect Lorraine. He knows he has an uphill battle earning her trust, but he is going to do it. Will she give him a second chance?
I was weary of this one because I was worried about the cheat aspect but this was handled fantastically. You see a completely different side of Vamp who in the first book was a pretty tough character. Fantastic story, loved the chemistry.

Since all that went down with Mallory and Cal in Book 1, Thing s are changing for some of the Riot MC members. Vamp, a Riot MC member, keeps thinking that maybe he wants more out of life, a wife and a family, and that ultimately leads him to think about the one that got away. Frankie has an attraction to men who cheat. She’s up to # 10, and cheating is a deal breaker for her. That’s why she broke up with Cary ‘Vamp’ Sullivan 6 years ago. Now, they just keep bumping in to each other. He’s determined to win her back. She’s determined to push him away.
A nice addition to the Riot MC series. The book was easy to read and the characters were like-able
I am ever so slightly in love with Vamp , he is alpha, sexy inked up lump of loveliness but I’ll share him with Rainie/Frankie/ Lorraine ( one person honestly) seeing as I like her , she’s funny independent and takes no crap . This series is brilliant no other word for it , the story takes a few twists and plots, it’s got action and some hot sex scenes too

I rarely read books with cheating – it’s my one hard core rule with love triangle and I rarely change my stance on it!
But it was the blurb of Inciting A Riot that caught my attention – it had something to do with the fact that the hero knew he was making a mistake and now wants a second chance to make up for it!
Lorraine Francis has had the worst luck in relationships – every guy she chooses to move forward with, ends up cheating on her. But no one’s cheating hurt her more than Cary’s – the fourth boyfriend and the only one she fell hard and fast with!
Cary Sullivan aka Vamp earned his place in Riots MC but he purposefully lost the one person who was the best thing that happened to him by acting in the one way she would have never tolerated.
Six years later, they bump into each other – making sure that Vamp knows that he has an uphill battle convincing Frankie that he is serious about her this time!
I went into the book against Vamp – and even though he slowly won me over, I appreciated the fact the Frankie gave him hell, even if she couldn’t resist him physically.
<,b>There is an undercurrent of damsel in distress phenomenon, though Frankie took some decisions that I honestly didn’t understand nor did I actually support them. Their relationship is also a roller coaster ride of emotions – the push and pull of the relationship had me dizzy at times.
But what I didn’t like was the fact that Vamp spoke in alpha monosyllables – he said it, so she must trust it. The kind of mistake Vamp made should have had him grovelling on his knees and at least a few heartfelt conversations where he bares his heart – but nope all he did was tell her that he was all in, and that was it along with trying to melt her physically. I just wish Frankie hadn’t given her trust to him that easily.
The writing style of the author has promise – though it is quite choppy at times, and loses it flow at others. Yet I will still check out the next book in the series, if only to see the promise hold up!
Independent reviewer for Archaeolibrarian, I was gifted my copy of this book.
6 years ago, Lorraine caught Cary (Vamp) in their bed with two other women and her world imploded. Now, he's back and fighting dirty. Fighting for Rainy's love, and for her life, when an ex turns nasty.
This is book two in the Riot MC series, and I have not read book one. I'll come back, in a minute, to why I think I probably should have.
For the most part, I DID enjoy this, I really did. There are just a couple of things that let it down, for ME.
It's told ALMOST entirely from Rainy's point of view, in the first person. While it's clear, after a very short time who is speaking, it would have been nice to have been told. We do get a bit of Cary, in the third person, but not nearly enough for my liking! I needed MORE Cary.
At several points along the way, Cary says something happened to him a few months ago, but it was never clarified just WHAT gave him the epiphany he had that made he realise who he needed to make his life complete. THIS is where I think I should have read book one first. Maybe THAT event is in that book. I NEEDED to know what happened, and we are not told that here.
On a positive note, because it is mostly only Rainy who speaks, the MC stuff takes a bit of a back seat and I did like that. I wasn't too clear whether these guys are into all the illegal stuff that often comes with MC books, but I really don't care.
These guys love their woman, hard, and everyone seems happy. Except Trixie, she's not a happy bunnie and I want her to be! Please Ms Renee, make Trixie happy!
I did like the way the nutty ex thing so so darn complicated!
So,, because of that missing information, because I needed more of Cary, and because I DID read it in one sitting. . .
4.5 🌟 The half point is from the skipping around and the lack of action. I want to read a biker romance, I expect there to be dark and gritty, like killing an enemy, beating the abuser or anything like that, but that wasn’t even there. There was some drama with an abuser for Frankie ‘Rainie’’Lo-lo’ (her full name is Lorraine Frances so the different nicknames), and for Vamp an ex club reliever ‘sweet-butt’, who is obsessed with Vamp ‘Cary’. Now these two were together when she was 20 and he 23, she’s already been cheated on with her past boyfriends (even had numbers for them after she finds out they cheated) so Vamp knew her history and the dang butt-h0le cheated on Rainie with not one but with 2 women in a threesome that Rainie walked in on. She flees and stays away from Vamp for 6 years until fate brings these two together. It’s not smooth sailing for Frankie. Do me wrong once, shame on you, hurt me twice, shame on me, and she doesn’t trust Vamp not to cheat on her again, no matter what he claims and he’s changed and no long wants empty kitties and loved in regrets from her fleeing that day.
When it comes to relationships Rainey gets the, we’ll say not so rosy, end of the stick. Every guy she has gone out with has either cheated on her or used her as the other woman. After finding out her newest hookup is married with a baby on the way, she does what any rational woman would do and breaks up with the guy. So he decides to break her hand, and almost her face. Said douchebag then tries to use her job as leverage to get her to keep sleeping with him. After the attack Rainey runs into her ex, the love of her life and Riot MC member Vamp. Vamp is the type of guy who lives his life without apologies or regrets. The only regret he does have is cheating on Rainey years before. When he’s able to find his way into her life again he does whatever he can to protect her and win back her love and trust. I’m not usually a fan of people getting back with a cheating ex but I have to say that this was a great second chance romance that had me rooting for them the whole way through.
I'm not a big fan of second chance romances, yet I seem to end up reading a lot of them. This one worked for me in a big way. I think it's because we see that Vamp has changed and he had no problem letting Frankie know again and again, in fact he worked hard to win her back and once he did he let her know he wanted more and considered the 6 years they spent apart as wasted time. All of that went a long way to help Frankie see Vamp for the man he is now, not who he was.
I also loved how the whole MC jumped into help Frankie with her issues. She definitely needed someone to look out for her and these bikers were just the thing. I did sort of feel like things got both wrapped up too quickly and dropped at the end. I guess I thought there would be more, especially with the man that hurt Frankie so much.
Love this series. I won the first book in a author takeover on Facebook. It is a gorgeous paperback. I couldn't put it down. It took me several months to get to the second book due to other obligations and now I am kicking my own tush. This series is amazing. I love the characters. These big burly alpha bikers and their sassy women. Can't wait to read book 3. The sneak peak at the end of this book has me on the edge of my seat. Oh and I absolutely love Razor.
Been reading for weeks(I am known to juggle up to 6 at a time!😂) and still at only 41% so time to put a side as a DNF for now.... Because thousands of books in my TBR!
Love this author 😀 love her storytelling. Can't wait to read more from this author. If I didn't know better, I'd say she is moving up fast on my favorite MC storyteller list😉
Amount of sex 3 / 5 How explicit is the sex scenes 3 / 5 Story 5 / 5 Overall: 5 / 5
Inciting a Riot is an amazing second chance romance that tells the story of Cary (Vamp) Sullivan and Lorainne (Frankie, Rainey, Lo-lo ) Ingram. It is the second book in the Riot MC series and to fully understand and appreciate this story, I recommend reading Unforeseen Riot, the first book in the series. It will help you understand the backstories, and I also absolutely love the story.
When I saw Inciting a Riot on my Kindle, I couldn’t wait to begin reading. Vamp was an interesting character in the first book, and I was looking forward to reading his story. What I didn’t expect was to fall completely in love with him! Not only that, I love Frankie, and I think they are great together. The storyline was well paced, gripping and I just love the characters and sub-characters. They are so well developed and engaging.
Love, Love Love this series and can’t wait to read Razor’s story!
It's a five star love story but could use a bit more MC action and a bit more sex , she teases us with the hook up for a sex swing in Vamps room but never uses it. Karen missed one definition for Vamp , at one time it was slang for slut , tramp or hussy ,a woman who goes after other women's husbands , seems like it fit Vamp perfectly even though Karen didnt though Karen didn't mean it to. This book is definitely worth the time and money to read it.

REVIEW: 3.5 stars--INCITING A RIOT is the second instalment in Karen Renee’s contemporary, adult RIOT MC erotic, romance series focusing on the men and women of the Riot MC. This is thirty-one year old, Riot MC member Cary ‘Vamp’ Sullivan, and twenty-six year old, home-loan officer Lorraine Francis ‘Frankie’ Ingram’s story line. INCITING A RIOT can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story line is revealed where necessary.
NOTE: INCITING A RIOT contains scenes of graphic violence and strong language that may not be suitable for all readers.
Told from first person point of view (Frankie) and third person (Vamp) INCITING A RIOT follows the second chance romance between Cary ‘Vamp’ Sullivan, and home-loan officer Lorraine Francis ‘Frankie’ Ingram. Six years earlier Cary Sullivan destroyed Lorraine Ingram’s heart, pushing the woman he loved to walk away without looking back. Fast forward to present day wherein Cary Sullivan is the Riot MC member known as Vamp, and he is desperate to rekindle the relationship with the woman he has never stopped loving, but a woman whose dating record reveals a long history of cheaters. What ensues is the rekindling romance between Vamp and Frankie, and the potential fall-out as Frankie is targeted by a cheating ex, and Vamp’s colorful past.
Lorraine ‘Frankie’ Ingram has a poor track record with men who cheat-eleven so far-and number eleven is the most physically dangerous but not the most heart breaking destructive. Having loved only one man Frankie is reluctant to start back up with Cary Sullivan, knowing his history and reputation as a man-whore including the time six years ago he ripped out her heart, and destroyed her soul. Cary ‘Vamp’ Sullivan has never stopped loving the woman whose heart he ripped out and left for garbage. When Cary discovers that Lorraine has been the victim of an assault, he and the Riot MC work overtime to protect the woman he wants back in his life.
The relationship between Vamp and Frankie is one of second chances; a rekindling romance between former lovers whose lives were destroyed by infidelity and immaturity. Vamp wants Frankie back in his life; he is a changed man and is hoping to prove he is worthy of the woman he loves. The $ex scenes are intimate, passionate and erotic
The large number of colorful secondary and supporting characters include Frankie’s best friend Reggie and his partner Tucker; her boss Roxanne; Frankie’s cousin Diane; Vamp’s brothers Brock and Gabe, their parents Warren and Marnie; Cal and Mallory (Unforeseen Riot #1), Club President Henry ‘Volt’ Adler and his old lady Jackie; Blood and Abby; Roll and Trixie; Leatherneck MC member Razor Richardson; Natasha, and numerous members of the Riot MC. Razor’s story line is next in INTO THE RIOT. The requisite evil has many faces.
INCITING is an entertaining and engaging story line. The premise is fast paced and energetic; the characters are edgy; the romance is captivating and electric. There are some issues of repetition, and an overwhelming focus on non-essential information including fashion and jewellery-sometimes too much is too much. INCITING A RIOT is gritty, character driven MC story, and I am looking forward to the next instalment.
Losing Rainey six years ago was definitely not one of Cary "Vamp" Sullivan's shining moments, he was young and dumb and got blinded by something he should have ignored, and it cost him everything. He has tried to move on and find someone new, but no matter what he does the pain of losing her just won't go away; she touched a part of his heart that no one else will ever be able reach. So, when he learns that she is back in town he takes it as a sign that they were meant to find one another again, and sets out for a little reunion... but her take on them seem seeing one another again differs immensely.
To say that Rainey has bad luck when it comes to men is a complete understatement, date after date has only lead her to a string of bad relationships, and a deeply broken heart. Her current relationship seems to have taken the cake though, she has just found out she is not the only woman in his life, and he doesn't plan on letting either of them to go, and made sure he drove that fact home by getting physical to make his point. Now she feels like her comfortable little life is about to implode, with her ex blackmailing her, and holding her job over her head, she isn't sure where to turn... then she runs into some old friends who are determined to keep her safe, and put an end to the danger lurking in her life. But putting her safety in the hands of these friends means she will also have to face a past that she hoped would stay buried!
Inciting a Riot is a thrilling and steamy little page-turner that will suck you in from the very first page, and hold you captive until the last! With it's action packed story line you are sure to be teetering on the edge of your seat and left dying to know how it all will play out for these one time lovers. This is my first visit to the series and I have to say I am really impressed with what I found; the story was engaging, the characters well crafted and easy to connect to, and of course the words came with lots of emotion to get a serious case of the feels going. If you are a fan of MC romance then I highly suggest you get your hands on this one, it's sure to satisfy!
I requested an advanced copy of this title, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion.
Inciting A Riot is book two in the Riot MC series. Oh dear lord, this book. It is so alpha charged not by one but by numerous people. I LOVED IT. I was pulled in by the plot, then the people got me. Even when they are not the smartest tools in the shed. This a is a great second chance romance with a tough guy and a strong-willed and smart woman.
Though poor Frankie just can’t pick the right men to save her life. She has been cheated on not by one or even by two men. No, Frankie was cheated on repeatedly by all the men she dated, eleven of them. Yes, you heard me right eleven. She never really loved any of them but Cary “Vamp” Sullivan. Her track record really does suck. She runs into number 4 cheater Vamp as she goes see her cousin at the jewelry store. As she sees him she also sees loser number ten getting ready to propose to his current girlfriend. When cheater number eleven comes to her open house all hell breaks loose and now she is being protected by Riot MC and Vamp.
AS I said this one is suspenseful and full of moments when I want to hit someone. Frankie now has such a hard time trusting men. They have ALL cheated but VAmp really broke her. He was young and dumb and wanted his cake and to eat it too. All bets are off now that he found her. He isn't letting her go.
Vamp grew on me. I really liked him. Not in the beginning but later. He knew what he wanted and what he did wrong. Now it is time to fix it. I loved the characters. They were great her best friend and his partner were awesome. They made you feel welcome. Now, put all those people together and you have everyone ganging up on Frankie to give Vamp another chance. Will she or won’t she. Be prepared though for cheater number eleven. He is one doozy of a man. He sets the tone for the book. You may want to knock him out from the get-go.
I recommend this book. It was great. Now to wait for book 3.
Inciting a Riot is the 2nd book in the Riot MC series, Frankie has the worst possible luck with men picking ones that cheat is her go to. When she see’s number 4 first the first time since she ran from him she feels that pull and remembers the good that went along with the bad. Vamp regrets lots of things from all those years ago, breaking her heart at the top of the list, all these years on he is changed man and seeing Frankie again has reminded him how much he needs her back in his life, on his bike, in his bed and wearing his patch.
Frankie made a bad choice but for her that is normal when it comes to men, bad choice number 11 comes back with a vengeance which puts her under the protection of the Riot MC, a family that she hasn’t been a part of for a very long time. Everything is pushing them together but Frankie’s heart is on the line and if Vamp breaks it again there is no coming back.
Vamp and Frankie have so much chemistry its overflowing, Vamp takes the lead and goes for what he wants leaving Frankie feeling a little dizzy. After not being together for so long when they connect they are off the charts.
While I really enjoyed this book and the main characters I felt that the minor characters were overwhelming, I found it hard to keep up with everyone and never fully figured out whom was with whom, leaving me confused sometimes.
This is first novel of Karen’s that I have read and I think I will go back and read book 1 in the series because I am looking forward to reading book 3. I personally liked the plot and the main characters of this novel, it was fun and I felt that it was a great 2nd chance at love book.
Lorraine/Frankie/Rainy/Lo-lo--not different people just different names for one special woman. She'd been a part of Riot MC for a time six years earlier. Vamp made a choice that turned out to be a huge mistake and lost him that same woman. He'd never forgotten her. When he saw her now it brought back the pain and desires. Seeing her after an attack by a self-proclaimed boyfriend her friends, including the MC pulled her back to protect her.
Frankie is a successful professional. She's not done so well in the man department. She's never forgotten Vamp either. While she's willing to let the club help her out, she doesn't want Vamp around. Not. Her. Choice. When the prez gives out assignments you just gotta take them. The fact that there is a connection there doesn't hurt.
Their battle to reunite isn't an easy one. The danger to her and those around her adds to the stress. Vamp has the earned rep of a player of the first order. Now he has to prove he can be a one-woman-man.
The whole club is fighting for this union. Can she fight them all? Then there is Vamp's family. The characters are wonderful, filled with stories of their own. They are an MC and they do things their way. The women claimed by the brothers may not be included in the business of the club but they do have the respect of all. There is plenty of steam, from all of them. I sure enjoyed this new ongoing story of another couple finding themselves, fighting enemies, and gaining a new family.
I'm excited to find out who we get to follow in the next book in this set. Into the Riot. I recommend these books to all. While each book is about a single couple and the club, there is a theme and enemies that follow throughout the series.
My girl Frankie is unlucky in love. She's a magnet for cheaters, attracts them like flies, in fact, it might be the one thing they all have in common. After catching cheater number 11 (yes she assigns them numbers poor thing) at her favorite jewelry store buying a ring... for another woman, she's convinced the only luck she has is bad and that's before she turns around and runs right into the ex that broke her heart. Most of her exes are fairly forgettable, but there's one that still causes heart pains, Cary Sullivan. No man has ever hurt her like Cary, aka Vamp.
When Vamp patched into Riot six years ago, he pushed away the only girl he's ever loved. Blinded by youth and variety, he broke her heart by doing the one thing she can never forgive. Six years have passed and he knows what a blind fool he was all those years ago. Running into her again proves to Vamp that they are fated to be together and he'll do anything for another shot to be her forever.
When Vamp and the Riot boys learn that some douchebag beat Frankie up, there's no stopping them from stepping in to protect her and Vamp wil use ever advantage he can get to wear her down into giving him a second chance. He's fighting to win this battle for her heart.
I enjoyed this book, despite the fact that the writing style wavered throughout. The characters are extremely likable, there's a ton of heat and I couldn't wait to see how it would turn out. I loved that the MC is the family that both Vamp and Frankie need and I am excited to see how the rest of the guys end up. Great read.

Lordy Lordy Lordy I love this series! It seriously kicks some MC arse! This is the second book in the series and it blew me away. Karen keeps you on the edge of your seat wondering what is going to happen next and when you see what happens next you are like no way how could it be.
Cary "Vamp" Sullivan is the man. I love how his story unfolded. I was wondering if we were going to get his story after reading Unforseen riot so when I found out we were getting his story I was amped to the umpth degree. Vamp started prospecting for the Riot MC when he was with Frankie. Once he became a patched member he did something to Frankie that caused her to walk away from him. She swore she was done with him but never got over him. So when trouble comes knocking on her door she relies on The Riot MC to help her out. What she gets is Vamp instead and she is not happy because she thought she left him years ago and wants nothing to do with him but as things get worse for Frankie she has to trust Vamp and The MC.
Vamp knows that he lost his girl for the things he did to her. Then after years of not seeing her he sees her twice in a row and he knows she is the one who got away and he wants her back. Vamp will stop at nothing to get his Rainey aka Frankie back and he is unrelenting when it comes to her. So when Frankie is in trouble Vamp comes to her rescue and things start to heat up between them.
Can Frankie forgive Vamp for his indiscretion? or will she take the MC's help and move on after the danger is gone?
When Cary 'Vamp' Sullivan got his Riot MC patch, he let the woman that he loved get away by cheating on her, and he's always regretted it ever since. Now six years later, variety isn't cutting it anymore, and somehow, fate has brought him face to face with Lorraine Francis Ingram, the woman who got away, again. Then when he finds out that she's been beaten by a man, he & his Riot MC brothers are determined to protect her, although she's take protection from anyone but him. Too bad he's not going to listen to her, as he's determined to get back into her life, though he knows it will be a huge battle. And she's just as determined that there's no second chances but Vamp's not playing fair. I LOVED this story so much, even though I'm one of those girls who doesn't forgive cheating for anything to be honest. So I was totally surprised that I was able to forgive Vamp myself, and I totally give props to Karen Renee's talented writing style that I did. Usually, I don't give a crap how many years pass, there's no second chances, so color me shocked that I was on board, not quickly mind you, but on board for a second chance at love here. Plus, Frankie & Vamp had serious sparks that led to sexy times that lit the sheets on fire. And she added to the girls in such great ways that had me laughing hard to be honest. Plus, there were also new twists that allowed my f-bombs to drop which is always a great thing for me with a story because that means that I'm really into it. So yeah, I'm invested into the Riot MC series now, and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!
