Although I was hoping for a longer read, this story had a nice punch to it. Great short, fast pace read for a long day off of work. :)
Sly is the kind of man that likes getting what he wants. And what he wants is Raine. I liked when Sly had a short bathroom confrontation with Raine's ex. I was hoping for a little more at that moment, but Sly kept his cool. Perhaps in book 2 we'll see more.
Raine has had a few heartbreaks and dealing with them as best as she can. Then she meets Sly at her sister's wedding. One thing leads to another and Raine and Sly make a connection.
