I randomly came across this book while surfing Amazon, probably close to two years ago. I saved it to my wishlist, and would often debate purchasing it. I finally did, and I'm glad.

I love to journal, unfortunately I haven't kept up on it well recently, but I love it just the same. So while this book is focused more upon those who are just beginning the journal writing process, it still has some wonderful insights and beautiful quotations from significant people. It's a quick read, and one that I would likely pick up again, just because it is one that you will pick up on something else each time. Gives some great ideas, and is empowering in the way that it is up to you.

Quick and insightful, Miller provides 16 tips for effectively starting a journey into journaling. Best of all, he includes quotes from the known and unknown to serve as inspiration as you take the leap into becoming a writer. Highly recommended to those, like myself, who feel they have nothing to write about in a journal... because you do!
