2 Chicken for the Soul stories and then advice from a therapist. The therapist adds leading questions and exercises on how to improve for that issue. Some of the advice was helpful but it would be hard to change a big problem from a little snippet of advice.

Very helpful and beneficial methods to retrain the brain while choosing to do better, utilizing personal stories that are extremely relatable.

very inspiring. I bought this book at Changi Airport, I never had any planned to buy a book In Airport but i saw this book was very interesting, and i'm not regret it, It is very inspiring and the english words are not that difficult. Easy to understand and full of the moral value
