About the author

ELSA CHARRETIER is a writer and comic book artist.

After debuting on COWL at Image Comics, Elsa co-created THE INFINITE LOOP with writer Pierrick Colinet at IDW.

She has since worked at DC Comics (STARFIRE, BOMBSHELLS, HARLEY QUINN), Marvel Comics (THE UNSTOPPABLE WASP) and Random House (WINDHAVEN, written by George R.R. Martin).

She has also written THE INFINITE LOOP vol.2 as well as SUPERFREAKS, and is a regular artist on the STAR WARS ADVENTURES books.

As I stated in volume 1, I love the art style of this and the turn it took in volume 4 ooooo I am so interested in what happens next. If you are looking for a short, diverse, fun superhero story this graphic novel run is perfect for you. 4.5 out of 5 stars again because I would love for there to be more in this volume.

O penúltimo volume de Superfreaks apresenta reviravoltas interessantes na trama, revelando segredos e encaminhando o enredo para a batalha final.
Apesar disso, esse foi o volume mais fraco do arco, porém não foi ruim de maneira alguma: as cores ainda me deslumbram e a narrativa segue intrigante. Mas por ter sido um quadrinho mais focado em ação do que no desenvolvimento das personagens, acabou não sendo o meu favorito - até porque os protagonistas dessa história são maravilhosos!
