Tired of the same old pizza parties at work? 🍕”Great Mondays” is here to change the game! This book dives deep into why appreciation shouldn’t be one-size-fits-all. It’s all about understanding what your team actually wants—because not everyone’s looking for a slice, right?

Plus, it covers how to stay consistent in your messaging about company culture, so everyone knows what your workplace really stands for.

With more generations and diverse backgrounds in the workplace, “Great Mondays” shows how to create real connections and build a culture where people feel they belong. It’s about letting your team bring their full, authentic selves to work, not just sticking to outdated celebrations.

Meh. Some good advice but not the greatest business book I’ve listened to. It may have rated higher if I’d read it rather than listened to it on Audible. There were a lot of lists which is more conducive to reading rather than listening.

Purpose and value chapters were useful. The others, not so much.
