“Enlightening book that will change your perspective”
I have always understood the value of time in my own definition. Juggling between working full time in medicine and running my own business outside of my work hours, I was practically forced into learning how to balance my time. However, I still felt that I had an insufficient amount. I needed more time for other important aspects of my life like for family, friends, and myself. It wasn't until I read The Time Cleanse by Steven Griffith, that I really gained an understanding of all the time I actually have.
Before picking up this book, I thought it was just another book about time management, but it isn't. It taught me about the aspect of detoxing my time and exchanging wasted time doing "mindless" activities with productive tasks. Through this book, I gained an illuminating sense for the value of my life. I learned how to prioritize and spend my time the way I truly want to, which helped me on my decision to pursue my dreams in working full time in my business.
I cannot thank this book enough for the decisions it has helped me make in my life. After reading this book, I don't spend my time regretfully and I feel like a load of stress has lifted from my shoulders. I spend more time in doing what I love and with the people I love.
