I highly recommend this book. It's written in an older style, very literary (think David Copperfield) which can be somewhat tedious to modern readers, but it's worth it. It promises a mystery and it's worth the wait til the end to get to the heart of the matter. I found the references to spirituality really intriguing, it gives a good picture of what people believed in the early 1900s. There are some real gems that work well as Facebook status quotes. =)

My favorite book ever.

Beautiful love and mystery woven around common sense lessons and a Gospel message. Very dense writing, every word counts, but worth it!
