San Diego policewoman Hannah Muir comes to her tenth high school reunion in Cupid, Kentucky, where she encounters a mystery (the disappearance of her best friend and stepmother, who happen to be the same young woman) and romance (the appearance of Wild Will Gillette, former nerd). Rex-Anne, whose first husband was Hannah’s now deceased dad, may have been murdered by her second husband, militia member Dennis Johns.
