I really liked this cookbook. I am familiar (mostly) with the types of hot dishes presented but the range and organization allowed me to build (massively) on my previous ad hoc knowledge. Lots of novel recipes to try.

Wow, I loved this recipe book. The photos along with the recipes from different countries went together so well. Learn about a specific pepper along with a recipe to go with it. I’ll be buying this one.
