Best friends in high school, football hero and alpha Chris, voted most likely to succeed, and shy omega Tak made a promise to one another on prom night—a promise to marry each other if they were both single when they turned thirty. But they hadn’t planned on the twists and turns of life that took them entirely out of one another’s worlds.
Chris’s birthday has come and gone when an invitation catches up to him for a party for Tak’s thirtieth. Chris’s parents’ deaths forced him to quit college to take a job and pay their medical bills and other debts. Instead of a lawyer, he’s a truck driver. Quite a change from his original plans. What will his old friend think?
Tak’s life has changed as well. He’s developed a great physique and become a successful antique store owner. But he’s never forgotten his first love—even if he’d never told the most popular boy in school how he felt.
In their new reality, is true love enough for these two to make a life together? Especially with a baby on the way.
Marrying His Omega is a sweet with knotty heat MM male pregnancy romance with true love, an adorable baby, and a guaranteed HEA. It is set in the town of Mapleville and can be read as a standalone.
MM Non Shifter Alpha Omega Mpreg: A Mapleville Romance
Lorelei M. Hart is the cowriting team of USA Today Bestselling Authors Kate Richards and Ever Coming. Friends for years, the duo decided to come together and write one of their favorite guilty pleasures: Mpreg.
This was book 8 in the "Mapleville Omegas ". Best friends in high school Alpha Chris and Omega Tak made a pact that if neither of them ate married at thirty they would get married Chris turned 30 months ago and Tak will turn 30 soon and his friend is throwing him a party. Chris who was a football hero and was voted most likely to succeed his life didn't turn out like he wanted with the death of his parents and all the bills they left behind he had to drop out of college and go to work. Tak who owns an antique shop lost a lot of weight since high school he is also a virgin he was waiting for that special alpha to come along or back because he has been in love with Chris since high school. This was a pretty good read Tak can't believe that Chris wants him. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.
The idea of carrying a torch for someone for more than a decade intrigued me as did the idea of a promise made as young adults to marry. I enjoy this series and Tak is the owner of the antique store where Vivian (my favorite character) likes to shop and I wanted to see him get his happy ever after.
Promises made twelve years ago while one person was drunk as a skunk shouldn’t be spoken of in the light of day on one’s thirtieth birthday. Actually, Tak couldn’t believe Chris remembered or even shown up for the “surprise” party Tak’s friends put on for him. Tak has made assumptions about Chris’s life during these years since high school and Chris is guilty of doing the same. Funnily enough both men are very, very wrong and have a lot to learn about their older, and wiser, selves.
PLEASE READ FIRST MY RATING SYSTEM!!! To my ratings (for all people, who wonder, why I say a 3*-book is a good book and should be readed): 5* - very very good and rare (it would be a Blow-Away-book like Liberty from Seth King or Save the kids series from EM Leya). it’s like an A+ 4* - very good and will be often reread and is a WOW-book with interesting plot and surprises (like most of Andrew Grey books) It’s like an A 3* - a really good book, which will be reread a few times (most romances where you can enjoy for relaxing and during waiting times in hospitals). I can recommend them definitively! It’s like an A-B 2* - it was ok to read, but it's more a one-time-reader (I wouldn't recommend it heartly, but it was ok) It’s like an C- D 1* - sorry, but that isn't really a book for me (maybe too many mistakes, not a nice plot, or unlogical story, so a NO-GO) It’s like failure in the whole line, dismissed, repeat the class
Tak literally saved himself for Chris, while Chris is out here like, “I love you, but I was in denial and stupid, so I had sex with other people instead of going back to find you.” I get it—insta love—but dang, it’s too fast. Like, meet, have sex, get pregnant all in one day? How the hell do pregnancy symptoms show up immediately, not even 24 hours after conception? WTH?
I don’t know, but Chris is lowkey an ass. He hasn’t shown it yet, but I can feel it. He’s got this checklist in his head, and I get the feeling that if Tak just accidentally fails to meet some of the criteria, Chris would be ready to bounce. Tak is really down bad though. Man, hold your horses. Steam level: Explicit open door

This was a great friends to lover romance. Chris was the last person that Tak expected to see for his birthday weekend, but he was definitely happy....fainting happy lol. Chris life his high school had made him grow up and into a wonderfully responsible Alpha, and Tak saw that. This was a great read.
Another good addition to this awesome series. Great setting, entertaining characters and romantic story lines. This series always brings a smile to my day.
