I found this book very interesting as someone trying to manage rosacea. I'm currently working through days 4-11 on the plan, but I read ahead. I want to find a book on digestion now because the concept of acid vs alkaline foods on the health of digestion intrigued me. I will post a follow up at day 28 when I have finished the plan.

Very informative and I'm interested to look into the subject more. As someone who has suffered with psoriasis for 20 years and now faces arthritis I'm hoping the recipes work. I've already altered my diet slightly off this book and have seen improvements.

Helpful and solid advice. It's helped educate me on the do's and dont's for clearer skin. The thing I like most about this author, is she doesn't say her way or no way. Simply try the diet for a couple weeks, then reintroduce foods to find what fits your lifestyle and effects your skin. Easy recipes to follow and a good variety.

After all the books Ive read around autoimmune disease and allergies I find this one the most up to point, explanatory, positive and supporting many different recipes which I use with joy!
