A fun collection of three audio books from Kathy Reichs. I’m still loving listening to these. In this collection they did switch to a new narrator by book three so with a new person her interpretation of the voices did throw me off some. I’ve found it’s a very good thing I’m not reading these because I most likely would have quickly jumped to the last chapter to read who the bad guy is. Ms. Reichs keeps you guessing all novel long.

Definitely my least favourite of all the Kathy Reichs books. It almost seemed that she forgot that the genre was mystery/thriller instead of historical and religious awareness. I felt that the continuous debate about bones referenced by numbers was a bit much. I was glad to see Tempe and Ryan happily together finally.

I liked the Appalachian setting for Fatal Voyage and Bare Bones. The story in Central America, Grave Secrets, is more disturbing. Good entertainment.
