If you are expecting a step by step guide this is not really that. More of a broad overview of the science this book offers a set of strategies that you can employ.

It’s not so much a guide to how to do it than a guide to the subject.

It is well written and provides references to the research and sources for further discovery.

The thing about these kind of books is this: if you were motivated enough and disciplined enough to carry out what they describe you probably wouldn’t be reading it in the first place.

If you want to come to grips with what is required to develop disciple then his is a good place to start.
