This was a fun quick read. It references and parodies a lot of the comics and movies I enjoy, so for me if was very light hearted. I think the coolest part about the whole thing is that it's written so it rhythms, like the whole almost 300 pages is a big epic poem. it's super ambitious and just straight up fun. I met the author at NYCC 2018 (where I bought the book from him), he seemed like a really cool guy and just really proud of his work. I'm glad I finally sat down and read it.
