Excellent story. Haunting, original, and imaginative. Parts of the book were very choppy, however, and the whole book could have used a final edit. But a very good read.
She has been feeling rudderless since the accident, in which she was badly hurt and which took the lives of her husband and unborn child. That is until the notice about the house for sale. After viewing it and having her offer accepted she moves to a loose community that feels like home. However strange events start happening not only to her but also to her brother's children when they arrive for an unexpected visit. The more she and the two local men delve into the history of the house the more they think that an injustice has occurred and that the local history is wrong. Can they make things right? A wonderful plot with characters that you will love.
