I love how Kieran is there for Evelyn no matter what even going so far as to go to Last Call with her.

An alpha female walks into a bar with her not even close to an alpha male boyfriend. They both order a tequila sunrise. This has layers. 3 different things. Think about it! Yep, you got it, they add a man to the mix who helps the not so alpha male wolf man become more alpha.
This one was good with a more solid ending that the other 2 previous books!

Series Review:
The Last Call series by Moira Rogers is a fab collection of steamy, erotic short stories that are perfect when you're looking for a quick read. The series doesn't need to be read in order as the only connection between them is the location they take place in and there is no character cross over (apart from the bar tender) but I'd recommend reading them all anyway.
Considering how short the stories are (they're around 35 pages each) I'm impressed with the connection that the Moira Rogers is able to build between each couple. In Kamikaze I really enjoyed the banter between Zoe and hunky geek Connor (I do have a soft spot for a geek!), they make a really cute couple and I loved their wolf instincts. Hurricane focuses on cursed witch Fiona and wizard Ben as he tries to help her. These two are literally explosive between the sheets! Tequila Sunrise is all about instinct as alpha Zach teaches beta Kieran how to dominate his more powerful girlfriend Evelyn and in Virgin Daiquiri Caitlin needs the help of demon Leo to avoid becoming her family's sacrifice in their dark magic practises.
Each story is super hot, super sexy and has a fabulous hunky hero (or two!). They also have plenty of steam and a dash of romance. I think my favourite stories were Kamikaze and Hurricane but I enjoyed them all and would recommend them to erotic romance fans who are looking for a quick steamy read.

This is my favorite of the Last Call stories 1 thru 4 bundle I purchased.
Eve is an Alpha werewolf in love with Kieran a submissive beta. She just wants to be able to let go and be dominated by someone stronger than her in bed. Eve wants someone who can call the shots and overpower her inner wolf without loosing Kieran’s love and jeopardizing their relationship.
Kieran is a ‘wordsmith’ novelist and can’t help that his inner wolf is submissive to Eve. He can seduce Eve with words but he just can’t tell her no! Kieran wants to give Eve a night of submission with him and another man and Last Call is just the place to make it happen.
Zack is an Alpha werewolf with issues of his own (he’s infatuated with a human) and he’s looking to dominate a woman at Last Call but a couple wasn’t in the cards until he spots Eve and Kieran.
Perfect…Zack dominates Eve’s body and Kieran dominates Eve’s mind. When you throw a brief guy on guy scene in the mix, this became even more of a steamy story.

Ok....this was my least favorite in the series but it is still a good read.

She protects him and possess him and gets very frustrated with the role even though she is so in love with him. So as a couple...they are looking for a dominant. In walks Zack! Zack is a strong alpha wolf who wants a submissive. He finds the fact that Eve and Kieran are both submissive to him interesting and gives in to a night with them both.
Zack helps Kieran take dominance over Eve and as a reader you a get a brief look at what their relationship could be. You learn that Zack is actually in love with a human so won't be a part of Eve's and Keiran's relationship in the future.

Evelyn and Kieran are a couple of werewolves. Evelyn is an alpha and Kieran is not so she's rarely dominated by an alpha male. To give her what she needs Kieran takes her to Last Call to find them a dominant because they do everything together. When they find a man willing to dominate them things heat up and some hot sex ensues.
I like Evelyn and Kieran they seemed like a good couple even though they were mismatched in the power dynamic. Zack wanted to dominate just a woman but he makes an exception for the couple. He's willing to give Evelyn the domination that she needs but she needs to give up all control even her control over Kieran her submissive. She fights a little but she gives in and they have some really hot sex with Zack dominating them and calling the shots. Very hot.

Must start out by saying that I love a good menage story and this is definitely one. I love the characters and that they may have come for it but were still a bit reluctant. The Tequila Sunrise when ordered lets everyone know that you are looking for a dominant, in this case there are two people looking. This is fast and satisfying, for the characters and the reader.

couldnt wait to read this book i loved the other and this one didnt disapoint me in any way.
eve and kieran are in need to a little help with her wolf as he cant seem to do what needs to be done, they love each other and would die for one another but this one thing they try to see if they can calm her wolf.
zack is eager to help to try calm his wolf and he accpet their call at last call.
very interesting dominuncing going on in this room for the one night and man it didnt disapoint. we all love little dominunce from time to time.

Here we get a little threesome action with a dominant female Werewolf who wants her slightly more submissive lover to take her and use her hard. Zack is a lone wolf looking to let his dominant side out for a bit and he can't pass up on the challenge that Eve and Kieran throw down. Hot guy on girl on guy action commences. Once again, Moira Rogers has given these little snippets of stories a lot of punch. I'd be very interested in reading a longer piece set in the same universe. If I'm not mistaken, a book with Zack as our main dude is scheduled to come out early in 2011. Yes!

Hmm, better than the previous book but not as good as the first in the series. This at least had a bit more backstory so we understood the motivations of the characters, but some parts squicked me out a bit and I had to keep reminding myself that they were wolves more than humans.
I felt sorry for Zack and see there is a side story featuring him, but it's currently unavailable :( It would be nice for him to have a happy ending.

I liked this one, loved how the wolf had different needs than the people and that Kieran and Eve were secure enough in their relationship to seek out someone to help them. I really liked that as the sex games started Zack did what he could to show Kieran and Eve how they could make changes that would stick when they are alone.
I liked how Kieran got Zack to talk about what was troubling him, his story made me a bit sad. I hope that Zack is able to get his HEA too.

I downloaded this novella as part of the Last Call series set. I Really enjoyed the concept of a supernatural bar where your drink order announces to prospective partners what you are looking for. Not my favorite of the series - but neither was Tequila Sunset-- so I assume my problem is I didn't care for Zack. Interesting idea, matching an alpha female with a submissive male-- but I didn't like the way it played out.

I like the premise of the series, and Kieran and Eve's problem is one of the more interesting tropes in the shifter genre "how to be what I want to be when the animal takes over" (or something like that, I'm bad with trope names...) As with the rest of this series, it could have used a bit more body, the characters and situation are interesting enough to deserve a more full-fledged story.

This was a hot one. Great character development in a very short space of time.
The only reason for the low rating; the length. I didn't appreaciate that it was so short. Not time to really plot, or tell the story. Just jump straight in. Again, oh my!

Multiple partners is not usually my thing, but I am such a huge fan that I wanted to read everything in this series. This is a well done story. I like that the whole situation empowers Evelyn and Kieran and actually strengthens their relationship. As always, the characters are fantastic and the story is well written.

A short hot read with a surprisingly tender side. Kieran and Evelyn are a werewolf couple, but she's alpha and he's not. They go to Last Call for a dominant for them both, and find Zack. He's happy to help them - and pretty soon they're trying to help him too.

Love this. This whole series is awesome. I enjoy the fact that each one is very different, with only two things basically in common, being the bar/bartender with the special drinks menu, and that they are all paranormal. Great story, strong characters, lots of sex and even some love. What more could a person ask for? Go for it...you know you really want to read them...you won't regret it

This one... Just didn't do it for me like the other fabulous books in the series. Still good, just not as wonderful as I know Moira Rogers can be. It's like they were unsure how to handle the +1 to the x2. I'm VERY interested to see what happens with Zack, though.
