Seb Zodo didn’t sign up to be the chosen one. The prophecy claims he’ll defeat the darkness spreading though the galaxy. Despite all the missions he’s been on so far, at the end of every one, he knew he had more to come. Until now.
The fate of the galaxy hanging in the balance, and with chaos ruling supreme, Seb and his Shadow Order friends need to act fast. Their final mission ahead of them, they need to find Enigma and crush them before the damage they’ve done becomes irreversible.
The only problem is, they don't know where to start …
The Shadow Order is a fast-paced space opera adventure.

'There used to be a population of around fifty thousand in the city. From a few cursory scans, I’d say there are five thousand left at the most.'
Were back up to 5*, this book redeemed itself from the last one. The entire galaxy crumbles into chaos as enigma goes full on intergalactic kingsman. With millions of slaves brainwashed by enigma all now at war, Seb and the team take the fight to Enigmas home planet.
The team are brilliant here and they all make selfless decisions to end this.
With Sebs prophecy seemingly fulfilled, what is next 👀
'Even when you can’t do something, you’ve learned to trust in us to get it done. Sure, you’ve made mistakes; we all have. But you have integrity in everything you do. That’s inspiring. That’s why we follow you, and that’s why I love you.'
I received a free copy of this book without any obligation to leave a review. This is the seventh book in the space opera series, The Shadow Order. The worlds of the universe are in turmoil, destruction and death are everywhere. Seb, SA, Sparks, Reyes, and Bruke undertake a final confrontation with Enigma to reestablish order and peace. But Seb finds more than he is looking for when he finally meets Enigma face to face, or maybe that should be mind to mind. Seb also comes to understand more about his unique talents and destiny. This is the greatest challenge with the highest risk that the team has to undertake, and they will not return home without loss and injury. Fast paced with ample twists and turns in the plot. Michael is a great story teller and this series is the perfect introduction into the Space Opera genre.
I have the box set of this series so will just say that book seven continues Seb's story, this time attempting to follow the prophecy. There is plenty of action, as usual, and the thoughts and feelings important to the development of characters and the story as a whole.
SA will always be intriguing though the focus of things seems to be Seb. All the characters have great roles and fit well into the plot.
I really enjoy the characters of this series. When slaves are turned to stark raving maniacs and begin open revolt on planets everywhere, it is up to the Shadow Order to stop the chaos. Great characters with an action packed story all set in a incredibly vivid world. You can't go wrong with this book if your are a fan of Sci-Fi.
