This system took my strength and athleticism to a whole new level! If you want to get stronger you need this book! It is an effective system that will make you a lot stronger! I recommend this for everyone!

Short and sweet

Lack of detail may be tough for beginners but is great for experienced lifters who need a good back to basics approach.
