This is an amazing guide on how to warm-up properly! It is full of detail and some really great info! If you are looking for a way to get stronger while you warm-up before a workout, or you know someone that needs this, I highly recommend you get it!

Good basic stuff

Matthias keeps it simple and straightforward. We need more of this kind of advice. Works best when used along with the info on Mathias's website.
