Simple beautiful drawings for this children's book. I love how fantastical the plotline is and the great meaning it provides without being obvious about it (which seems to be how most children's books are these days unfortunately... instead of letting the child gain the meaning on their own it just states it for them clear as day....), so I thoroughly enjoyed this book and look forward to reading it to my kids one day!

There are times when I find a picture book that just captures my attention and I have to buy it. This one was one of those. It is beautifully illustrated and has a meaningful story/message. It also helps that I love dragons too!!
