Michael Clark walks you through a Bay Area perspective from an East Coast native which quickly turns into a general human perspective. These poems are funny, irreverent, light-hearted and weighty all in tandem. Customer service, the environment, love, beer, coffee and many other aspects of what it means to be a human in a service based economy trying while trying to figure out what it means to be an authentic person are many of the themes covered in the book.
