Reese and Callum work together often on the same account for an advertising agency. When we first meet her, Reese is a domineering no holds barred "Ice Queen" who has an extreme dislike for Callum (or anyone attempting to be personal in an office setting). Callum is also portrayed as disliking her at first. However, he manages to melt the Ice Queen and a torrid secret affair ensues with all the action occurring in either office....
This is a short novella that manages to blend action, emotions and well developed characters in restricted locales.
I enjoyed discovering this new to me author and look forward to reading more from her.

This is a short story but when you read it you don't get that impression the characters are well developed and the storyline doesn't seem rushed at all

Reese and Callum have to work together on a project but she won't give an inch she wants total control and even in their romantic life she is in control he may have started it but she is totally controlling i Will they end their connection when they finish the project because after all in is only a work relationship

This is an office romance and they are generally quite a lot of fun to read. We spend so much of our lives working who would not like to have some fun when they are at work. I love that he initiated the intimacy and she controls the pace. It so much fun with the fact that isexual interacts only happen at work but will they be able to translate this office romance into a full relationship?

A Really Good Read

I voluntarily reviewed an arc of this book. I really liked this book by Rachel Everly. It is a really enjoyable, well written book with a good storyline that kept me engrossed till the last page. The lovely, engaging characters have great chemistry and interaction that pulled me into their story, I really liked them and enjoyed reading about them. A well written very short storyline with well developed and strong characters. It is an office romance that he initiates the intimacy and she controls the pace. A graphic and sensual read told from Callum's and Reese's POV. A good HEA even though it was short and abrupt.

I’m torn in my review of this book. I liked it up to a point but there really wasn’t a lot of substance to it. It was a quick read and wasn’t drawn out.
