This is a great introduction to Logic. The workbook that goes with the text helps the student practice what they are reading so that they understand the terms. That practice is essential for understanding the text. This book prepares the student for delving deeper into the study of Logic so that they have a good solid understand of what a logic statement is before they start trying to figure out what isn't a logical statement.

May 2021. Trying out this curriculum (part one of three) on two of our children this summer.

After one week: the first lesson is clear and (naturally) dry, with a dash of self-reflexive humor. The accompanying workbook is good but imperfect (several questions poorly phrased).

Finished in December (summer studies went long!). Opinion unchanged, would be good to do Book II next summer.
