An Interesting Play
This is definitely not my favorite play by Shakespeare, but it was good! It’s crazy that for that day in age in the 1600’s, that there wasn’t really an understanding of psychological affects. But this play really draws on both the greed for blood on Macbeth’s part as well as the horrific traumatic nerve hit in Macbeth’s wife. Very interesting. It didn’t capture my attention nearly as much as some other plays that I live by Shakespeare, but I can see why it’s seen as one of his classics.
