I can't possibly fall for the first man I meet after my divorce. Sure he has great muscles, an amazing smile, and he's incredible in bed. He's a perfect rebound boyfriend for me during my vacation, but it can't possibly last after I return home.
With each passing day, Shane breaks down the walls I've built around my heart, and starts to make me trust in someone again.
It's too soon to settle down with anyone again, though. I'll have to let him go.
Trial boyfriend. Nothing more.
It's funny how the injury that ended my career as a ski instructor, and stole my identity as the local playboy, might just be the thing to make me settle down. Someday. I don't know how to be the kind of man who stays in a relationship for longer than a weekend yet. Perhaps a thirty-day trial boyfriend is just what the doctor ordered.
As my test run with Trevor stretches well beyond my old comfort zone, I find myself wishing I could stop time and make our relationship real before he goes back home.
At least I'll always have the memories of our vacation fling.
Or can the magic somehow last forever?
The Rebound is a steamy, standalone, 31k word gay romance novella with a HEA ending and a vacation fling romance that refuses to stop short of true love.
This book was absolutely wonderful. Definitely a must read, the excitement, a love story, great friends and a very happy ending! This Author will keep you turning those pages, I can't wait for His next adventure. Many thanks, Honey Bee 🐝📚💙🎶
Well as usual when Zach releases a book..I'm hooked. I read this book in 24 hours time and can't wait for the next one.
It was a little better than the first book in this series, but it still flowed a little fast, but I liked the back and forth between the two main characters. Trevor was coming off of a divorce and decided to take a month long vacation to get over his ex, but things get complicated when he meets Shane and hearts get involved.
This book was very good. Getting over a divorce can be hard but if you find someone who can come in and become a part of your life...It becomes easier. So had Shane and Trevor found each other.
Well, this just wasn't my thing, I gave up at around 36% and skimmed to the end just to see if it ended happily. I liked the relationship between Trevor and Shane but I found all the goings on and chit chat of all the friends a little tiresome. No disrespect to the author.
