An obvious cash grab by "Language Learning University", whatever the hell that is. This book is overflowing with misinformation, errors, and absurd typos which a beginner is unlikely to notice without the help of a teacher. Learning a new language is difficult enough without wasting time learning incorrect information or trying to decipher what the "author" intended to say through the typos, mistakes, poor translations, and lazy formatting errors.
Eating a Kinder Bueno would be more useful for learning German than this book, and I'm pretty sure those are from Italy.
